Cancellations and Refunds

At ZLR Attire, we take pride in delivering authentic tribal attire with the highest quality and service. This policy outlines your rights and our processes regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at:

  • Once we confirm your cancellation, your payment will be refunded according to the refund terms below.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled โ€” you must follow our Return & Exchange process.

1.2 Cancellation Time Frame

  • Orders can generally be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

Your item is eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom embroidered or personalized attire

  • Undergarments, hosiery, or items marked โ€œFinal Saleโ€

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@zlrattire.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse at the address provided in your return authorization email.

Return shipping costs are:

  • Paid by the customer, unless the item was defective/damaged on arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as ZLR Attire is not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 How Refunds Are Issued

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 3โ€“7 business days

4.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Missing parts or tags

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos showing the defect/damage

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability
