At ZLR Attire, we are committed to delivering authentic tribal attire to your doorstep in a safe and timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer

2. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India

International Shipping

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    • A shipping confirmation email

    • Tracking number with courier details

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

ZLR Attire is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

  • Courier partner delays

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives in a damaged condition:

  • Do not accept the delivery if possible

  • If accepted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of:

    • The damaged packaging

    • The product

We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

8. Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped

  • Once dispatched, delivery address cannot be modified

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on:

    • Order value

  • Additional COD charges may apply

  • Orders with repeated COD rejections may be restricted
